Private label mascara development means a formula developed specifically for your brand, alongside applicator selection built around the effect you are targeting. A volumising formula needs a different brush to a lengthening one – these decisions are part of the brief, not an afterthought. The finished formula and applicator combination is exclusive to your brand.
